Raj has around 14 years of experience as an Organizational Architect in Trans-national / Trans-cultural environments with his previous companies in the field of HR and Business Development. He is passionate about OD interventions, Green field Projects, M&A HR integration and next generation HR Practices. He is the Chairman and Managing Director of YES PeopleTech Solutions( An Integrated HR Firm) and Co-Founder of Forecee. He was part of the founding Management Team of eNoah iSolution, a Consulting led Technology and Outsourcing Company having offices in India, US and Singapore.
Former Senior Vice President – HR & HR Business Services of eNoah iSolution and Senior Manager-Global Corporate HR of Ma Foi Management Consultants (India's No.1 HR & HRO Company, part of Randstad Inc.,). Prior to Ma Foi's role he has held key positions in Hyundai Motor India Ltd., Penta Media Graphics Ltd., Clariant India Ltd. and AMP Sanmar Life Insurance (currently Reliance Life Insurance).
Raj has played lead roles in HR Business Services, building Processes & Systems for Learning & Development, Culture building, Talent attraction, OD interventions, HRIS, Leadership Coaching, Best Practices Building, Retention Strategies etc,. He has extensive Coaching & Implementation experience in setting up High Performance Organization (HPO) for startup MNCs with centralized & decentralized HR functional models. As the Best Employee Award winner of AMP India, was sent for "AMP - Global Achievers Conference" at New Zealand.
He is passionate on Training initiatives and has been a trainer in many soft skill programmes throughout his career. Conceived and Developed "3e Model" for employee Engagement, "Talent Mapping Matrix" – HR Research tool for Talent Attraction, "Know your Laws" – a ready reckoner for Labour Laws in India, "LESS" – a low cost Talent Attraction and Training Planner Model for new Businesses and Projects.He is a Fellow (Asp.) of Asian HR Board, a prestigious body for HR Practitioners in Asia. He possesses various Global HR Certifications like Certified Compensation and Benefits Specialist, Certified Recruitment Analyst, Certified Learning & Development Manager, Certified Training Facilitator, Certified Psychometric Testing Professional and Certified Performance System Architect from Carlton Advanced Management Institute, USA.

Naga Vikram holds an MBA from ICFAI Business School and is a certified OD consultant from the Indian Institute of Organizational Development [IIOD]. Started his career as a Corporate HR professional in Ma Foi Management Consultants. Moved on to play significant roles in MindTree Ltd; a leading midsized IT company and one of the best employer brands in the country and CRISIL Ltd; India's No#1 Analytical Company providing Ratings, Research, and advisory services.
Has played significant roles in designing and implementing organization wide HRMIS, building a performance driven Incentive system, designing scalable, robust & development based Performance Management Programs. He has led the efforts of increasing the efficiency of the HR operations by effective process definition & improvisations. His key projects would also include working as a consultant for one of the oldest PSU in conducting a complete Manpower study towards increasing the company revenues.

He has a comprehensive knowledge of the US Health Care Industry and has been instrumental in handling major clients for all his employers. Anand holds BS & PG in Computer Science. Started his career with Tranquilmoney a subsidiary of MRF Ltd., as an Analyst and moved on to head the complete Operations for a Leading Health care MNC
He has major stint in setting-up the new businesses. Also worked with diverse organizations ranging from transnational corporations with a work force excess of 5,000 to start-up companies. An Accomplished results oriented professional with substantial experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Client services and Account management. A Passionate Leader & a good team player willing to work beyond the call of duty, as well as able to work independently.
A self-starter who has the ability to grasp new concepts quickly; proficient in Management, Reporting, and Communication. A motivating leader and trainer with the ability to work in fast-paced environments demanding organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Vijay started his career as a HR professional in Inlott Technologies. Moved on to Mafoi randstad , (India's No.1 HR & HRO Company, part of Randstad Inc.,).and eNoah iSolution, a Consulting led Technology and Outsourcing Company having offices in India, US and Singapore.
He has tremendous experience in effective deployment of HR Practices, Systems and processes (right from on- boarding until employee exits) and a expertise in Compensation and Benefits management, Payroll Migration and Payroll Process Management.
He Played a significant roles in Compensation Benchmarking, Formulation of compensation structure, Salary Surveys, Benefits Management and Performance Management. He has experience in payroll migration for 3 years and migrated payroll for 50 + clients.
